It is a spacious house. It has 7 bedrooms with capacity for 15 people. They are distributed as follows: 2 with a double bed (1.35 mts.), 2 with two single beds (1.05 mts.), 2 with a marriage and an individual, 1 with a single bed.
It has a kitchen equipped with everything necessary to cook (the trousseau): ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machines, refrigerators, mixer, dishes, silverware, pots, pans ... (a room "pantry"). In addition, outside has barbecue.
The living room is large and has a fireplace, TV, satellite and DVD.
In another room is the washing and ironing table and a pile of washing.
It has a full bathroom, toilet (water close and washbasin) and a separate shower.
The terrace is wide and gentle (there are chairs and tables in the yard and some amac) and is surrounded by flower trees that provide shade and beauty.
The patio or entry permits the parking of 4 cars.

It is situated on a hill with beautiful views of the sea and in an atmosphere of serenity and peace guaranteed.

The village of Guainos Bajos is a parish of Adra, a tourist resort with recreational and fishing port, located at 4 km. It can find all kinds of tourist services and entertainment. Likewise, other places of interest are nearby: the villages of the Alpujarras and the Sierra Nevada mountains on its southern slope, the Cabo de Gata with its impressive cliffs, the desert of Tabernas, Almeria, Aguadulce, Roquetas, Mojacar, Almerimar ... (in the area of Almeria), or cities like Motril, Almunecar, La Herradura, Salobreña, capital-Granada, Nerja ... (Granada and Malaga).
