GENERAL CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
The fact acquire any of the services posted on this website, creates acceptance by consumers each and every one of the General Conditions, which are considered automatically incorporated into the lease without written transcript therein.
-- Conditions for reservations:
1 .- If you want to stay home what can be done directly from this site. You can do it all by paying in advance or 30% of the total reserve concept and the rest in the delivery of the keys.
Once the reservation is accepted all the conditions set out here.
Also communicates the customer to cancel the reservation if made, despite any personal circumstance justifiable, loses the amount paid into reserve concept. If the total payment was also what you will lose everything unless you cancel your stay at least 3 weeks in advance, in which case they will lose the value of the reserves (30%).
The weekends go from Friday at 12: 00 to Monday at 10: 00.
The weeks are from Monday at 15: 00 until Sunday at 19: 00.
To deliver the keys we'll agree: the place would be the bus stop of Guainos Bajos (from there they were escorted to the house); time, to agree with the customer by e-mail.

2.-The prices are those that appear on this website.
3.-The accommodations are fully equipped, with the exception of towels.
4.-Firewood is included in the rent.
5 .- Pets are not allowed unless explicit authorization of the owner, no hazardous substances and / or banned.
6 .- The Client agrees to leave the accommodation in perfect condition, like what is found, clean, without moving furniture, no dirty dishes, etc..
7 .- If suffer some damage in housing is imperative that you communicate it to the owner as soon as possible.
8 .- The maximum accommodation capacity is 15 people.
9.-will be zero or any sublease cession total and / or in part by the client lessee.
10.-It provides for the payment of 100 euros for bail. Must be submitted in advance in the delivery of keys and will be returned to the client once found that housing and their belongings are in the same condition they were received.
- Regular and jurisdiction
The consumer or user by the fact take part in any of the products and services of this program, accept each and every one of these Terms and Conditions. For any issue arising from the interpretation or application of these conditions and to fulfil the obligations of the acceptance thereof are derived, both you and House Tour is subject to jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of Berja, Almeria, Spain, with renunciation of any other jurisdiction.
